The type is one of the cutting-edge products of high efficiency grinding equipments. In wet grinding processing, mainly 
used for high viscosity materials with bad liquidity. Conical grinding chamber design, Ends different linear velocity 
form extrusion- type discharging manner. It is essential machine for the gravure printing ink, offset printing ink, 
screen printing ink, etc. Especially famous for processing with high viscosity, high solid content and high superfine requirements
Double-pin structure, with higher grinding efficiency and better-distributed particle size. It adopts gear pump for 
feeding, specially for high viscosity materials based on needed flow rate and pressure.

  • Suitable for high viscosity material and illiquid half- paste material
    Multiple cooling system , powerful cooling efficiency
    Efficient separation system, not block or break beads, discharging more smoothly and more quickly
    High energy intensive output, even smaller grinding fineness
    With reasonable conical chamber design, smooth discharging and even narrower particle size distribution

Configuration parameters：
  • The rotor material: high wearing resistant steel
    Chamber material: high wearing resistant steel
    Sealing way: cartridge double mechanical seal, dedicated to bead mill, specially designed for materials with small 

    granule .Whole unit, convenient to install and use, no need professionals to change it
    Discharging sieve specifications: dedicated for high viscosity materials
    Instrument: electric contact pressure gauge & electric contact temperature gauge (with temperature protection, 

    automatic stop over limit).
    Feeding pump: screw pump or gear pump
    Grinding medium: steel ball, ball size2.0~3.0mm
    Electrical control system: explosion-proof/non explosion-proof configuration optional, with site operation panel (touch 

    screen/frequency infinitely adjustable-speed optional)

Application：

Printing ink: gravure printing ink, offset printing ink, silk screen ink, UV light solid ink, inkjet, etc
